POOR SERVICE

Parcel D***, I bought the 3-5 days package and I delivered my package on the 31st of October 2020 till today my parcel hasn't been delivered. Already its over the 5 days. I want a REFUND because I bought the expensive parcel for my parcel to arrive in time yet nothing. POOR SERVICE.
