Poor Service

I've been waiting for my parcel since from the 7th of August and when i track my parcel it says it was delivered to Pep in Boksburg by (Thabo Mokone) while its supposed to be delivered at Pep in Thorntree plaza, when i call the customer service they promised me i will get my parcel on the 18th Monday till today I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL. ***
