Poor service

On the 13/03/21my parcel was dropped off at pep umlazi, on the 18/03/21 it arrived at their harrismith hub and it's been there since as today is the 08/04/21. The agreement was that delivery will not take more than 10 days which was a lie. I have called, WhatsApp, Facebook their client centre but all I'm getting is sorry with no proper explaination.
