Poor Service

I'm not impressed with how PAXI operates. A package was sent to me via PAXI on the 1st of June 2020 at the Wolmaransstad PEP stores and to this day the package is awaiting upliftment. I have called their 0860 number for more than 3 days, sent SMS', sent whatsapp texts as per their instructions and still have not received any feedback. Their call center is the worst, they make you hold the line for way too long. I cannot be waiting for a package for this long,it's unacceptable. I just need my package delivered ASAP.
