Poor service

A package were already send to me on the 30th of June. I called in 3 times today to find out what happen to my package. I did asked that management must phone me back. At 9H25 and 15h15. But with no response from them. The package were pick up from the drop off punt ladysmith easten cape 5 working days after it were drop. 2 days from the drop off punt to the first hub PE Then it were sent to Durban hub and only get to Capetown 11days later. Now the package are already 2 days at the hub in Capetown. The only answer the call centre are giving are that i will have it by the end of the week.
