Poor service

I was sent a parcel via Pax I have not receive the which should have arrived on the 14 of January which was also delayed as the sender had pay for 3 days delivery but still that did not happen they estimated 14 of January which then makes it 7 days ,which is not fair if you have paid for service of 3 days as the cost are not the same.now further more it still has not arrived in one of the pep store in Cape Town parcel no is D***
