Poor quality bags

I have had issues with Pexi bags and each time i send a parcel i receive a call after a couple days to be advised that the bag burst open and i should buy another one as the courier guys wont accept it. This is the second time i have to pay for another bag due to the quality of their bags which is poor. I need a refund.
