poor paxi service

good day. I send a parcel with paxi last Thursday. 7-9 days. on the 3rd day it was in Polokwane, I was like good, then 5th day the parcel was in Durban. how does a joburg parcel land in Durban. called I was rudely told that it is within time, but why is my parcel in Durban? I am very disappointed with this service. it Is pathetic. your posters say 7-9 days not 7 working days. pep need to fix this system. parcels cannot be deliberately delayed cos one paid a lesser amount. even that the parcel must take a normal route to its destination not be send around on a country trip
