Poor Paxi Delivery Service

Its my second time using Paxi delivery service. Very poor service delivery offered. My parcel is late, and when you pgone customer service they do not provide feedback. Very unprofessional and I wont use them again. They like to use blame shifting and do not accept responsibility for their poor actions.
