Poor, dishonest, time consuming service

Hi, i dropped my parcel on the 30th September to be sent to Nelspruit and i paid R109 for 1-3day express courier.. Up until today the parcel is still stuck somewhere in Nelspruit. To my surprise when i call customer they told me they dnt have services that take 1-3days ok, they take 3-5days...however the parcel was dropped on the 30th and today is the 8th of October, isn't that 7days now. I have been calling customer care to enquire about this and no one is willing to help, i lost a potential client because of poor service i received at paxi pep..
