Poor delivery service

I paid for 3 days parcel which I knew was emergency order .13 days later I still don't have the parcel .when I do inquiry the pep branch that was used is closed down due to renovations and parcel is no where to be found. I don't understand why they received the parcel knowing very they don't send it because of renovation.my dad is suffering medically because parcel is delaying with his machines ,please attend or resolve D***
