Poor Delivery from Paxi

Paxi delivered a parcel to PEP in Bela Bela. PEP did not inform me of such and my parcel was collected by Paxi and sent to PEP in JHB. I contacted Paxi and asked them to re deliver my parcel to PEP in Bela Bela as they did not notify of this parcel being delivered and their response was, we cannot re deliver as we have already delivered it and you will have to contact the company that sent it to you (hello ??? they in the USA) I have waited for 5 months for this parcel and PEP did not inform me
