Poor delivery ethics

I'm getting fed up with these courier companies charging you a premium price for a certain delivery period. In this case 3 to 5 days. And then taking the maximum 5 days to get your parcel to you. If something is coming from Durban that should realistically take 2 days maximum. It's a bladdy 7 hour drive.
