Poor Customer Servive

I have sent a parcel with my son's belongings on the 26th of Feb from PE to George. Today is the 10th of March and still my parcel has still not yet arrived there. Tried tracking and contact PAXI but still I am not getting an answer. The lady that assisted me from PAXI whatsapp no. 'Vuyelwa' said she will contact the courier as soon as she hears something she will get back to me. I have requested from her to give me contact details of the courier company so that I could contact them myself but then she refused. I am dissapointed and will never use them again.
