Poor customer service with NO refund

I dropped a package for on 9th of July to be sent to Western Cape, to my surprise I find out today the package is STILL in the very same store I dropped it at. After phoning in im advised that package will only be sent today but I got to the store still with tge store and had them cancel my package to use another courier. Seloane tells me after canceling that no there is no refund as im canceling as the customer. How I end up paying for service not rendered baffels me nor was any of these terms ever explained when dropping my package off initially nor by Seleoane herself when canceling the order herself. Utterly poor client service honestly will defnitly not recomend or use Paxi going forward
