Poor customer service - no updates on delays!

I wish I could give a zero star rating because your service is appalling. Today is the estimated delivery date and my parcel is apparently still in Boksburg. Your tracking timeline is also off because firstly, the parcel was scheduled for delivery from Boksburg, the next update states the parcel arrived at Boksburg - the update is backtracked. I have sent a Whatsapp message and have been awaiting to be transferred to an agent for over an hour. I've also tried calling the number provided but the line is silent and disconnects after a few minutes. This is the first time I was using your service due to it being efficient but you have proven otherwise. I will never use your services again!
