Poor customer service

Paxi have got poor customer service , a friend of mine sent me a package on the 25 of august 2024 and she used the fasted delivery which is 5 days and you pay R100 . On the 25 I received an sms stating that I will get my package on the 31 of august till today I haven’t received my package and it’s almost 11 day . I tried to call them several time but the is no use I don’t get feedback
