Poor customer service

I'm waiting for my parcel that has my sister's medication and was adviced to tell the person who's sending it to use pep as their package of R100 we'll get the meds in 3days and today is the 4th day and when I talk to them, their reply was unfortunately you'll get it in 3 to 5 days. What a bad service is that, but when you ask for their service they pretend as if is perfectly good
