Poor customer service and service delivery.

I highly advise that people do not use this service. I took my item to the PEP store in Randburg and the employee made a mistake with the delivery. The item was so PEP on Darling Street in Cape town however it was delivered to PEP in Darling somewhere in the Western Cape. When I called the contact center they told me the receiver would have to wait another 7 - 9 days, where as we've already been inconvenienced with regards to the delivery. This is poor customer care and poor service delivery.
