POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REAPING OFF

Roodepoort PEP/PAXI has zero care customer service. We sent a parcel 16/06 and today 04/05 We have been calling since the 23/04 the expected delivery date. Till this morning the parcel is STILL IN ROODEPOORT PEP AND no answer that is satiscfactory.
