Poor customer service

Sent a package on the 30th of September. It should have been delivered last week Friday (11 October),yet that has not been done. Contacted paxi WhatsApp and received the most atrocious "customer service" whilst I was still asking questions, the agent cut the chat. I do not recommend this service. Your package, gets lost and no one is willing to help you to locate it.
