POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to Pep Store Dordrecht today ( 22 Feb 2021) to collect a parcel . The store is under renovations but I called in and was told to knock on the door and I will be assisted. So 45mins later I went to the store was told by one of the employees that I should wait for a person who was busy somewhere with a device and I did for about an hour . I then asked the guy I spoke to now his story changed he told me that his colleague is busy elsewhere with the device and he doesn’t know when they will be back . I waisted a whole hour on him not informing me correctly at the first place .

I’m not impressed with PEP Store(Dordrecht) service even before this . Their employees are unfriendly they don’t even have the decency to greet you before they serve you .
