*POOR COURIER SERVICE* My parcel was dropped by the sender on the 18th August. 3-7 days courier service. The expected date was on the 29th. I haven't received any message for collection at Pep the Crossing Mahikeng. I went to enquire about it on the 30th of August. I was advised to call customer care, I did it at the pep with the manager. Customer care said the sender changed my number on the 25th of which makes no sense. I contacted the sender, she said she didn't do that and she was so surprised. I request you guys to go through this matter, I need my parcel. People *****ing our parcels must be exposed. Thanks
