Poor and negligence poor

Last Saturday I went to PEP CELL in Johannesburg to send someone money. The cashier punched in my number and that I had to find out when I called their rude consultant, who said that I should go back to the store I had deposited the money at and dropped the call. This is really frustrating for me coz I live 100 kilometers away and this is not my fault to begin with, I don't understand why they are making my life difficult...
