Good morning I hope u can help me with my problem i took a contract phone from (mtn shop)i went to send it to pep via paxi but when the reciever went to collect the phone the was just a box with headset,charger, and pouch when i ask the lady who was helping me at pep she said the couriers they collected the parcel from them i tryed calling the tracking team for paxi to find my phone they dnt give me a straigh answer they always saying the couriers they have not responded to the emails they are sending to them am so stressed bcz i took that for my daughter who is in grade12 and she really need it now is it fair for me to pay for the phone that was ****** to their warehouse please help me to solve my problem the phone is Hauweii nova Y61
