Pexi is ****ed up

Pexi doesn't want to give me my stuff the person who send my parcel used her number as a reciver as well my sister had send her to send the parcel to me but didn't have my number my sister s phone is lost pexi doesn't want to give me my parcel nor the sender s number or the pin to get my parcel when I try to contact their agent they close my conversation before we can even start.my client is been waiting for the parcel from Friday. Pexi service is bad I mean what's the worst that can happen if they give me my parcel I mean I collect it with my Identity document.they must have ways to give us our parcels in such situations
