Pep/Paxi Horrible

Today the 21/12/21 I recueved a text notification that my parcel arrived at Pep stores Cnr Bree stree and Ellof street in Jhb cbd, I went to the shop to collect my parcel and the lady asked the gentleman to assist me, he then said look hiw long is the qeue at the tills we are offline for parcels, now if the stores does not have te capacity or ability to service that section of te business maybe you sould not have that business. I then called the call centre to which I was told the matter can only be dealt with in three days, I skedfor the area or regional managets number and also that of the ceo , the call centre and the store advised those office bearers do not have numbers or they dont have it, maybe i should have adked fir there ***eon coup locations. Poor service and unwillingness to aid or facilitate , makes me wonder whether pep os now a goverment department.
