**** Pep stores, Paxi parcel delivery and Ram Courier nonexsistant service

So after having paid Paxi parcel delivery for 4 ro 5 day delivery through 3rd party of Ram couriers. I have had to phone numerous times with empty promises on both companies behalve and no one comes back. If you phone there are even more lies from the pepstores through which paxi operates. Telling you to pay more for 4 to 5day delivery and now the story changes to having arrived at 3rd party point then only it takes 4 to 5 days. This is **** customer service at best.Nobody wants to taje responsiblity for mony and time lost. Wil not recomend this services to anyone. THEY DONT EVEN OFFER REIMBUR*****T FOR MISLEADING CUSTOMERS.
