Pep stores Paxi courier

Paxi Pep ridiculous rules for kids, I have used a lot of couriers in my life and make use of couriers all the time, This week I have decided to make use of Paxi and bought the large sleeve bag to pack my items in to send and i also used packaging tape to secure the top of the bag and that was a normal thing to do . I went back to the store to send my parcel but they did not accept my parcel because of the tape and told me I should pull the tape off and I rep**** that I would damage the bag if I do that. The lady rep**** that I should buy a new bag as if money is growing on trees.I took the bag home and removed the tiny piece of tape and it damaged the top of the bag, I then fold the top piece neatly and glue gun the bag very neatly together and I have a pic .The second time I went back and was was sent away again because I used a glue gun , I have always used courier guy and this was a mistake on my side to use such a childish , ridiculous courier firm. I do not recommend them and I think I am not the only one that has lost money and paid R100 for a plastic bag and have to throw it away, money in the dustbin. After this incident so many people came forward and the same thing happened to them. Paxi taking our money just to find something small wrong with the parcel and they win all the way. Selling plastic bags with no delivery.Terrible place , there is no other courier firm like this , bad,bad,bad!!!!!!!!!
