Pep Paxi Utterly terrible service.. call centre agents even more useless!!! Do not use service out of province

The most horrible delivery service Ive ever received by far... parcel was due to be delivered on the 10th but somehow it still sitting at a hub in CPT and no one can give a clear answer not estimated expected delivery.. the agents dont even offer to call you back with feedback instead ure told to check them after 4 hours and even the theres no way forward.
