Pep paxi services sucks!

I had sent a parcel using Pep Paxi couriers from Uitenhage Pep home to my daughter at Goodwood mall in Cape Town on the 20th of May, but when I tracked the parcel on the 2nd June, it was in Durban ??. I used their useless whatsapp and bolt answered. I had to use my airtime calling Pep stores to trace it and send it to the correct destination and they never apologized and sent me a message that they can't predict when to expect the parcel on the correct destination I must wait for SMS?. I will never recommend paxi services!!
