PEP PAXI NEGLIGENCE

On the 8th December 2025 I sent through a parcel from Mnandi PEP store to P6375 PEP Gugulethu Square Parcel number D***. I reached out to PEP as confirmation was sent to me via sms. When got to the Gugulethu store they stated it has arrived but not yet unpacked. This year on the 3rd JANUARY 2025 I went again and they said it has not yet arrived,showed them the sms confirmation but no luck. The value was more the R3000 and yet when I reached out to Customer Service they later provided me with an answer of they can refund me R500 and informed me that I had no insurance in the Parcel as if that information is provided to you or asked before a parcel is accepted by one of their administrators..

I am broken as my children could not look the part for the festive season and no shoes for back to school.

I need someone to get back to me ASAP as this is unacceptable.
