Pep Paxi lost parcel in store

I send Paxi on the third of August 2022 at Pephome Bronkhorspruit, i never get showing my parcel was collected. Yesterday i checked on paxi tracking website it says " parcel handover failure investigation underway" when i call head office they say my parcel is missing instore, how is that possible. My parcel has brand new clothes worth R3000, they are telling me that its lost they will compansate me with R500 only. M loosing R3000 worth of clothes because of staff members who stole my clothes. Staff members knows that i will get R500 and according to them its fine. I need help please, i need my clothes back. I asked them to show me the Camera footage the manager at the store says she don't know how the camera work.
