PEP PAXI IS Ridiculous NEVER EVER USE them

there is no option for zero stars otherwise thats what I would give,I paid. R110 on the 18th of aug for a 3-5day delivery........it is now the 07 sept 2024 and still no parcel,no update,no answer and no response this is completely unacceptable you are ripping people off and none of the employees are fit to do their job!!!!!
