Pep Paxi is bad for business

I am very disappointed with Pep Paxi, honestly I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know, my parcel was sent to me on the 8th of April 2025, I tried calling Paxi and writing their WhatsApp, I have been taken from pillar to post.

It is very disappointing to say the least, No one is coming back to me, after having been told several times they will come back to me in 24 to 48hrs but never did.

The painful thing is me having to refund my customers things they had ordered from me.
