PEP PAXI IS A ****..... *******!!!!!!!

I sent a parcel to Bloemfontein, and when receiver went to collect the Parcel it showed that it was opened and the Cell iPhone was ****** inside, 3 Weeks now they keep saying they are investigating,... I'm going to open case of theft again PEP.... PAXI is bunch of *********, this guys search people's parcels and ***** inside and no one from their management is saying anything about it.
