PEP Paxi is a disappointment

Thus is literally my first Hello Peter review cause I’m very frustrated with how Paxi has failed to deliver two of my parcels.

I sent a parcel from Boksburg on 1 December which was supposed to be delivered on the 12th, Its the22 today and the parcel is still not delivered m, the parcel was meant for Christmas and I called in the after 12th they said there’s delays, they escalating, I’m doing a follow up they say the parcel is still in Boksburg. It can’t take over 3 weeks to deliver a parcel and this is really frustrating. It’s like no one wants to take accountability and no one is doing their job. What must happen now??? I even asked where they are in Boksburg so I can fetch them myself since I’ll be travelling to the same place the agent says they do not know. I need those things delivered and my refund because this is not it
