PEP PAXI INSURANCE FIASCO

Complaint re PAXI my item was missing on receiver's side I took with insurance and have already refunded my client but now 3weeks late PAXI still hasn't processed my insurance claim --- so what did I actually have to pay for and wait for ...after many years (=- 2years and 80+paxi parcels being sent ) I will now stop being a customer but they shouldn't be allowed to sell insurance they can't use or protect and service adequately - Claim number 574799 STILL NO assistance
