Pep Paxi I need a refund

My parcel arrived empty, everything inside was taken, the sleeve arrived with nothing but signs showing that it was opened. I reported this as Pep and Paxi, they don't take it seriously since October 2023. When I send emails they respond by asking for a tracking number and do nothing when I write a follow up they do the same and later close all the tickets and say the issue has been resolved. I tried so many times to get refund because there's no explanation of what happened to my items worth +-R1000 but they ignore me all the time.
