Pep Paxi horrible service

Worst service ever they sent me a parcel from Thohoyandou on the 18th the person who sent it was told that if he pays R99 I will get my parcel in two days time today is the 25th 8 days later am being told that I will get it on the 30th of August since it twas re routed which is funny becuase am the one who called and told them to send it to a different pep store code cuase initially they were supposed to send it at pep store no p6490 Siyabuswa and then called and requested that they send it to pep Siyabuswa store code no p6677 these shops are at the same area just different pep stores.Their consultant are also very rude an unprofessional they have the nerve to even hang up on the customers..customers please dont use Pep Paxi rather use postnet ,post office etc.
