Pep-paxi

I have given the 1 rating because there's no zero. I'm so disappointed with Pep Paxi. A friend sent me a parcel from Centurion to Nelspruit on the 21st November 2022 at 14:00, estimated delivery date was on the 2nd December 2022. Ever since then their tracking system has been saying parcel en-route to Nelspruit up until on the 29th November the system said the parcel is at Nelspruit hub/ warehouse immediately after that it has been saying the parcel delivery delayed, I started making follow up calls on the 8th December 2022 and they said the parcels were swopped and my parcel is at Kagiso mall they are going to swop them back. Today when I called their head office they said it has arrived at Nelspruit, I drove to the pep where they said it was at, to my suprise when I got there they said the parcel arrived but it's not my parcel and the lady at the pep store said there's nothing they can do here and she called back to pep centurion where I spoke to Zimbo and she gave me a reference number 891700.#PAXI is a **** I would not advise anyone to use it
