Pep Paxi courier services. Poor poor service

I sent a parcel a month ago and I received a collection sms, but when the collector got to the store (Pep store Birch acres mall) the parcel was nowhere to be found. The manager said that she would put in a claim and that a R500 refund would be processed within 7 working days. A month later still. Nothing. When I call for follow ups, they always say the manager has not approved my claim and that he will do that in 72 hours. This is each time I call but nothing is being done. The parcel I sent and Paxi lost was my car registration document. I feel defeated to say the least.

Poor poor service if you ask me.
