Very disgusted in the service. I paid for a 7-9 working days parcel on 2021/05/05 to be sent to Mosselbay Langeberg Mall. It is now 2021/05/25 and when I tried to talk to someone they gave me attitude and when I asked why the parcel wount be going out today the next thing I see on the Whatsapp chat is that the consaltend ended the chat. I really need this to be sorted out TODAY the people are waiting for the parcel. I will no longer use Pep Paxi. The parcel was sent from Pep Horizon View to Pep Langeberg Mosselbay.
