Pep Paxi BAD SERVICE

I got an unpleasant wake up call from a girl called Liema, about a parcel I sent on Sat 8th May. The girl was not polite at all, this is the 3rd time I receive bad service from Pep/Paxi and I will no longer infact NEVER make use of their services.

The head office staff need to be properly trained, Liema called me from this number *** at 10h31, She ruined my entire day...
