Pep Paxi

Hello Peter In June 2020 my sister went to Pep in Market Square in Grahams town to mail me my package which had my son's clothes. I was supposed to receive the package within 5-7 days at Mbekweni. It never arrived. She went back to Pep numerous times to speak to the manager but the staff said the manager is on leave. She went again the following month and still they said the manager is on leave. I then called Pep to enquire about this myself only to get the manager myself who was supposed to be on "leave". He gave me the run around and did not give me a clear indication of a way forward. It's been 3 months since and I haven't received my parcel and I'm quite frustrated. I do not know what to do. How do I go forward now because I'm thinking of laying a ******** charge
