Pep Paxi

Hi I send a parcel on the 1st of May from Pep Paxi to Uniondale ....the estimate delivery is 7 to 9 days.i got 1 sms that the parcel drop at Pep.....so I was waiting till the 4 and try to track my parcel...all it say Failure to collect , investigation ....I called Paxi everyday and they try to find the parcel.i went to Pep and the lady ,lay half on the counter and tell me that she know about my parcel as her area manager told her ,I must come back in 9 days.tan they will investigate..I called again ,told them I get worried and if not I will report my parcel ****** at the police.than they called me and found the parcel at Ram Couriers and will see it to PKL Hub ....no sms yet and today is the 14 May .....I think they redicilouse that you must wait so long ....Poor Service.....even is cheaper but will never recommend them to anyone
