I am very angry with Paxi and their incompetence...been waiting for my parcels for over 2 weeks now and the status has been saying under investigation...even their WhatsApp is useless,they close tickets before speaking to customers, our queries are not being attended to..I am very ****ed off and wouldn't recommend anyone to use it.
