Pathetic. Staff at Brakpan Pep claims that bags are over packed, though when ot was first booked in No one said nothing. Now got a call that it's cancelled and items should be collected. Got there and staff are talking among each other, showing to other parcels and laughing. Super unprofessional, will never use them again. According to cashier new bags are also over packed, according to management its perfectly fine. Guess thats how it goes.. idiots in job positions they know nothing about.
