Pensioner been abused by Paxi Courier

My name is Kathleen and I made use of PEP STORES courier service they offer called Paxi to send a parcel from the PEP STORES Nyanga Junction in Cape Town on the 29 May 2020. The parcels supposed destination is Springbok Plaza. To date it has not arrived and I keep calling and have used over R300 in airtime since last week with no positive response. I've been able to only on 2 occasions actually get through but they promise to always investigate and call me back which never happens. Even the people inside PEP STORES get taken for a ride by the call centre. We have made countless call to all kind of departments with no positive outcome nor any indication of the proper whereabouts of my parcel. I would really appreciate a proper investigation into this matter as I am a pensioner and have exhausted all that I am physically capable of doing. Kathleen Mento
