PAXI's worst service ever

Experienced the worse service with PAXI. Got an sms that my parcel was affected by the Durban and I must phone the to make a claim. I called PAXI and my details including banking details were taken and I was told to wait 72 hours for the payout. I called again after 72 hours, I was told to wait for an email. I have been waiting for a month already calling them daily. Everyday I'm told to wait for this so cold email. Will I ever get paid? I don't know. I am out of options now.
